Practicing Alternate Nostril Breathing

Take a comfortable seat. You can put thumb and ring finger on either side from the nose. Partially close the left nostril and take in from the right. Then, switch the fingers to bar the ideal nostril and breathe out via the left nostril. Live there and Take in with the left nostril.
